Dead of Winter – The Resurrection returned to Brisbane on Saturday, 27 June 2026, transforming the Mansfield Tavern into a celebration of heavy music, alternative culture and the beautifully strange. Across three stages, the festival featured DZ Deathrays, Mammal, Jay and Lindsay of Frenzal Rhomb, Beanflipper, Toe to Toe, Lo!, Slim Krusty, The Neptune Power Federation, Nicolas Cage Fighter, Flangipanis, Brace, Dartz, Witchgrinder, Sydonia, Bulletbelt, Pizza Death, Astrodeath, Black Rheno, Monster Zoku Onsomb!, Hammers, Dad Fight, Boofheads, R.U.B, Mitch, Please, Rick Dangerous & The Silkie Bantams, Valtozash, ZZade, Space X Dragon, Helltrippers, Grizzlyshark, and Roronoah, with sideshows by The Space Cowboy, Aaron Gocs, Cult the Show, and Flames of Desire, bringing together a full day of music, performance art, horror cosplay, dark markets and immersive entertainment.
