ABRAMELIN – Never Enough Snuff (Album Review)

Aussie death/gore metaller’s ABRAMELIN release the album titled Never Enough Snuff after a long hiatus since their 2000 release, Dead Speak. The album which features 10 tracks of pure death metal madness is an epic comeback to knock you on your arse with an intense whirlwind of ferocious chaos.

The album opens up with the title track Never Enough Snuff. This song smacks you in the face right from the start with thumping double kicks, blistering tremolo picking, then into hectic blast beats which sets the feel for the rest of the album nicely. The production of this album is great and really stood out for me. Not to mention the album artwork, nice!

I loved the groovier parts of the album and would personally have loved to hear a bit more of that. But I think ABRAMELIN fans and any death metal fan will be impressed with this release, and they’re flying the Aussie extreme metal flag high!
