ANDRY LAGIOU: Released video Mistress Of The Night

The Athens-born singer Andry Lagiou was able to convince all coaches at THE VOICE OF GREECE in 2017 and has since become a permanent fixture in Greece. She is also successful in her home country with her band THE HARPS. With “Mistress Of The Night” she has now released a brand new song. The clip was produced by Alex Rummler and Andry Lagiou themselves.

“This video stands for equality for women. It is against sexism and racism in the workplace or in personal relationships, etc. It is about what many women have to experience men in their daily lives. This has been going on from ancient and medieval times up to in our day, nothing has really changed, BUT women are getting up right now! “

Andry’s musical career begins at the age of 9. At the age of 13, she appeared in public for the first time with various musicians. In 2012 she founded her band THE HARPS, whose debut album “Love Strikes Doves” was released in 2019. In addition to Mike LePond (SYMPHONY X) on bass, guitarist Stephen Platt and keyboardist Corvin Bahn (ULI JON ROTH) are involved in the recordings. Mike Exeter, who worked with BLACK SABBATH, DIO and JUDAS PRIEST, took care of the mix. Andry is currently a permanent member of Mike LePond’s SILENT ASSASSINS, whose current album was released on January 26, 2020 via Frontier Records.
