ARRECHO RELEASE SINGLE “I WANT TO BE AGNUS YOUNG”
Venezuelan rock and roll band Arrecho release their new single “Quiero ser Agnus Young” (I want to be Agnus Young in Spanish).
Following the words of Franklin Zambrano: “I wan to be Agnus Young” is a song that celebrates the decision of each people that assume rock n roll as part of their lives. One choose to be musician, some others comunicators; mean some others take ways in relation with the music and the last ones choose profesions that is not in relation with this passion. But after all, everyone are public and we form part of this that is called rock n roll; and to be like it, there was an artist (or various) that motivated us to keep this way”.
Franklin also stated: “The song points to that feeling of wanting to be part of this music. Although the choir could be referred to many artists. the principal riff is composed in honor to a great fan of AC/DC, for what is logic that the lyrics mean in some other way to the band”.
The song was recorded with Arrecho’s actual line up: Johnny Gonzalez on Drums, Eykell Ramirez on Bass, Raul Colmenares on Guitar and Franklin Zambrano on Vocals / Lead Guitars.
