Humator – Curse of the Pharaoh (Album Release)

Release Date: February 28th 2022 - Time To Kill Records

Humator - Curse Of The Paraoh

A heavy-hitting greasy tone, and a riffing that crushes your skull, shredding it to bits, that’s what Humator does on their newest release “Curse of the Pharaoh”.

It’s one of those death metal releases that unleash all your unspoken demons, alternating fast blazing riffs, and caveman chugs, with a couple of basses drops here and there, and the perfect number of breakdowns.

What’s most impressive about this release is that you can find all components to different genres of death metal: you’ll get the straightforward tremolo picking riff, as well as the alternate picking technical show off, and heavy chugs, whose only goal is to make you stomp in the pit.

The production adds more character to the album, in the sense that it emphasizes the right parts, making the low-frequency passages hit you like 70000 tons of metal, where the bass rings inside your stomach, and the chugs push your head into the ground.

The guitar tones are very suffocating as well, giving the album an atmosphere of brutality and making you feel inside a ditch, fighting demons.
