There is hardly a rock band at the moment that continuously releases such strong songs as JÄST. With “Do You Wanna Dance”, the next single is now on the program. With this new track, JÄST deliver a rocking dancefloor groover that will motivate dance-loving rock fans in the month of May. The band – consisting of singer Jessica Conte (Uriah Heep), baritone guitarist Axel “Ironfinger” Ritt (ex-Grave Digger, Domain, Kingdom), bassist Steven Wussow (Orden Ogan, ex-Xandria) and drummer Timmi Breideband (Hämatom, ex-Freedom Call, ex-Bonfire) – has dedicated itself to the motto “Bring Rock Back To Radio” and delivers a fresh homage to the golden era of rock with its “80s AOR Reboot” style.
As with their first seven releases, “Do You Wanna Dance” was recorded at the renowned Meadow Studios under the experienced direction of Axel “Ironfinger” Ritt. JÄST stand for uncompromising craftsmanship: every note was recorded by real musicians, every vocal part sung by hand. AI and artificial aids were deliberately avoided – a statement for honest music production that focuses on quality and authenticity. The artwork for the new single was once again created by Jessica Conte and stylishly rounds off the overall concept. With “Do You Wanna Dance”, JÄST once again show what modern 80s rock can sound like – lively, danceable and full of passion.
