The Smashing Pumpkins kicked off their The World Is A Vampire tour to ten cities across Australia this week! A project conceived by the band themselves which descends upon Mexico City in March before bringing their carnival to Australia. Joined on the tour by Alt-rock legends, Jane’s Addiction, a band hotly pursued since their debut, plus Melbourne’s ball-tearing rockers Amyl & The Sniffers & Battlesnake.
The legendary line up isn’t all that’s on offer, featuring professional wrestling matches between Billy Corgan’s NWA (National Wrestling Alliance) and the WAOA (Wrestling Alliance of Australia) at every show.
