After recently revealing details for their brand new album “State Of Disaster” and dropping the first single “High Society“, Melbourne hard rock act Torrential Thrill return for seconds with their latest single/video “Breathe“.

Premiering on The Hard Rock show last week, the melodic rocker is just another taste of their upcoming album due for release on April 1st 2023. Check out the music video below.

“State Of Disaster” is Torrential Thrills’ most prolific and ambitious album yet. With 11 tracks and over an hour of new music, the album has been in the works for just over 5 years. Work initially began with pre-production and guitar / vocal tracking with Mitch ‘O Shea followed by many other locations for tracking including Basin Studio’s in Mt Buller with Matt D’arcy, Coloursound Studio in Altona with Matt Robins and Monolith Studios with Chris Themelco.

True to TT form, a lot of the content of the album centers around hardships and man’s relentless pursuit of power. There is also another element of reflection, sacrifice and personal loss.

“We can’t wait to get this album out to the world. There have been many moments over the years when it almost became too difficult to continue on, but standing on the other side of that is immensely satisfying. Traditional TT fans will find a combination of both 2 previous albums in State of Disaster, but with 10 fold the production that we have managed before” – Torrential Thrill

Torrential Thrill is a 4-piece hard rock juggernaut from Melbourne, Australia. The band was formed in the latter part of 2014 on the ethos of writing great music and playing to the masses. As Metallica once said, “We write the sort of music that we would want to listen to”.

Debut album “MARS” was released independently in 2015 with the title track making Triple J’s top 5 new tracks of the year. The band followed up the debut release with second album “Nothing as it Seems” shortly after through Hellfire Records (AU) in 2017.

The Melbourne quartet has shared the stage with fellow rock acts Dead City Ruins and Dellacoma as well as  supporting Fozzy during their 2018 Judas Rising Tour. 2023 sees the band ink a new management deal with Black-Roos Entertainment in preparation for their new album “High Society” out April 1st.
