RANDOM ACCESS: Back Again With ‘Powder and Pills’

After the highly successful releases of their recent singles, Moving On and Into The Sun, Brisbane’s Random Access are back with their third single from their Airlock Studios sessions.

Track three from the series is Powder and Pills. A heavier topic for this single, but with a positive, upbeat, Beach Boys style sound to the tune to give hope on an otherwise dark topic. It tells the story of the sadness that families face when dealing with children who fall into the ugly world of drug use. The upbeat chorus with jangling, echoing guitars shines some light to the shade of the song.

Random Access have been working hard to bring their new music to the world. After some serious recording sessions at the infamous Airlock Studios, the guys are slowly unveiling the songs track by track, receiving a welcomed response from fans, followers and new listeners alike.

Their third single release was written by the band with lyrics penned by bassist, Terry O’Connor. Powder and Pills was produced, engineered and mixed by James See and mastered by Matthew Gray.
