Bülent Ceylan is one of Germany’s biggest stand-up comedy stars and a lifelong heavy metal fanatic. After 25 years of dominating the German comedy scene, he is now on the brink of releasing his second metal album under the B.L.N.T banner.
Bülent joins Heavy Metal Tones to talk about his groundbreaking stand-up performance at the legendary Wacken Open Air, his lifelong love of both heavy metal and comedy, and how the two worlds have influenced his career.
He also discusses the importance of releasing his new album in his native German and why staying true to his roots and language is such an important part of the B.L.N.T project.
A fascinating interview with a true entertainer who has successfully brought together two very different worlds—comedy and heavy metal.
