Four of the brightest post-rock and shoegaze artists of the past decade combine for an unmissable night in Melbourne.
Melbourne’s TREEBEARD will celebrate their signing to beloved Australian label Bird’s Robe Records and the re-release of their debut record ‘Nostalgia’ with a headline set at the Northcote Social Club in their hometown. Drawing influences from Nick Cave, Mogwai and more, the album was described by WherePostRockDwells as “an absolute treasure trove…emotive soundscapes and a perfect balance of light, dark, heavy and everything that comes between.”
Co-headlining are Sydney’s SOLKYRI who return from multiple tours of Europe to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album ‘Are You My Brother?’ Their first Melbourne show since 2020 will see them play tracks from across their catalogue and feature the first ever vinyl edition of the record on sale.
Switzerland’s HUBRIS join the bill in the midst of their biggest ever Australian tour, in support of new album ‘The One Above.’ Known for their emotive and dynamic live presence, they have earned an incredible reputation for their live shows across North America, Europe and Asia.
Melbourne’s MYRIAD DRONE will also be celebrating their signing to Bird’s Robe Records and the release of their new album ‘Arka Morgana.’ Sporting a blend of dark and brooding post-rock, metal and prog, the trio will play a mix of old and new material, from their forthcoming second record.
