The album, which has been making waves since its release in March 2023 via Frontiers, showcases the exceptional talents of Argentinian vocalist Santiago Ramonda.
Fronted by the remarkable Santiago Ramonda, Stormwarning has quickly risen to prominence in the melodic rock scene. Collaborating with renowned production duo Sergio Mazul (Semblant) and Marcelo Gelbcke (Landfall), who are known for their work with iconic acts like Icon Of Sin, Stormwarning delivers a powerful blend of melodic rock that captivates audiences worldwide.
Santiago’s journey into music began in 2007 when he first picked up a guitar. However, it was his passion for singing that truly ignited his musical career. After years of self-taught development and live performances with ’80s and ’90s rock tribute bands, Santiago’s talent caught the attention of industry insiders. Notably, guitarist Stuart Smith (Heaven & Earth) shared Santiago’s YouTube covers with Frontiers, leading to an introduction to Marcelo and Sergio. Thus, Stormwarning was born.
With their debut album receiving widespread acclaim, Stormwarning continues to push boundaries and redefine the melodic rock genre. “Sweet True Lies” is just the latest testament to their infectious sound and undeniable talent.
