5 piece metal band from Perth and their JJJ unearthed page says they are influenced by Jack Daniels, VB, Winfield Blue, so I think I\’m a fan before I even load up the tracks.
To Hell With Honour has produced a punishing 5 track EP.
Safe and sound is the opening tune starting with powerful riffing before at 1.35 dropping into a killer breakdown of double kick, roared vocals, and pinch harmonics.
The energetic fourth track Not now not ever is my fave and has some savage tempo changes, and I can see this working live very well. I tend to agree with the various comments (JJJ and their own FB page) comparing them to Lamb of God, and they certainly have some intensity.
Production is solid, and they’re worth checking out if you\’re going to the Scorcherfest in Perth this December 2013.
